Danielle Martinez
MS, LPC Associate

Modern life pulls us in a dozen different directions. It’s easy to put yourself last—especially when everything around you feel urgent. But choosing to prioritize your own well-being is the first step toward lasting change and real resilience. Therapy can offer a safe, supportive space to take that first step, and I’m here to help you make it.

I’m a bilingual therapist, fluent in both English and Spanish, licensed to practice in Texas as an LPC-Associate supervised by Vanessa Vale-Saenz LPC-Supervisor. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling. I work with both adolescents and adults, offering support through the unique challenges each stage of life brings. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and a client-centered perspective. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, build practical tools, and nurture the confidence you need to navigate life’s challenges—whether you’re facing self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, stress, anger issues, trauma, relationship struggles, or major transitions, I’m here to help.

Growing up in South Texas, surrounded by the richness of Latino culture, gave me a deep appreciation for the ways identity, culture, and lived experience shape our paths to healing. This understanding is woven into my practice. I strive to create a space that is inclusive, culturally responsive, and always respectful of your unique background.

Therapy isn’t about me telling you how to live; it’s about us working together to explore your experiences, realign with your values, and move forward in a way that feels true to you. Whether you’re navigating change, working through past wounds, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you—at your pace, with compassion and respect.

You deserve to feel seen, heard, and empowered. If you’re ready to take that next step, I’m here to support you.
