Hi, I am Jasmine.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate under the supervision of Brittney Dotson, LPC-Supervisor. If you are here, you may be someone who is used to being the person everyone can count on, while rarely having the time or space to care for yourself. Maybe you have spent years being strong, keeping the peace, achieving your goals, and showing up for others—while quietly feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. You may be ready to slow down, reconnect with who you are, and finally make space for your own needs.
I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based, creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences, develop new skills, and move toward meaningful change.
I understand that no two clients are alike, which is why I tailor my approach and therapeutic interventions to each person’s unique needs, goals, and preferences. My training includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and somatic-based interventions, and I also incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.
I am also a certified Enrich SYMBIS facilitator and enjoy working with couples as they strengthen communication, deepen connection, and build a healthy foundation for their relationship.
For clients who desire to incorporate their faith into the counseling process, I offer Christian-based counseling upon request. I respect each client’s beliefs and values and work collaboratively to ensure that faith is integrated in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to them.
Whether you are seeking support through a difficult season, hoping to better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, or simply wanting to grow, therapy can be a meaningful step toward greater self-awareness, healing, and fulfillment.
I offer both in-person and virtual therapy to provide flexible support based on each client’s needs and preferences.
