With over 15 years of hands-on experience in counseling and psychology, Eliana Pressel has helped people from all walks of life navigate their most difficult moments. Her journey began in Argentina, where she earned her psychology license and a bachelor’s degree (U.S. equivalency) in Counseling
and Educational Guidance. After moving to the United States, Eliana expanded her practice, becoming a certified Life Coach and specializing in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Eliana’s deep expertise means she’s as comfortable helping someone through a major life transition as she is untangling the roots of stress, anxiety, burnout, substance abuse, or trauma. She has worked with individuals, couples, and families on challenges ranging from parenting and self-worth
to body image, grief, and gender identity.
