Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about the next step in your life or relationship issues, including family? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate it all by yourself.
I’m a graduate-level counselor-in-training, currently pursuing my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Houston Christian University. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Houston–Downtown and am completing my practicum/internship under the supervision of Anggie Pedraza-Watson, LPC, in accordance with Texas state requirements.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Existential Therapy to foster emotional regulation, self-awareness, and meaningful behavioral change. I also incorporate evidence-based relationship interventions—including the Gottman Method for couples counseling, pre-marital counseling, SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts), HOPE-focused counseling—to help clients navigate communication, conflict, relational dynamics, and I’m trained as Clinical Trauma Professional.
I work with individuals, couples, and families, offering support for depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and identity development. I provide premarital and family counseling, including faith-based integration upon request.
All counseling services are provided under clinical supervision as I work toward independent licensure. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients can grow, connect, and build stronger relationships.
If you’re ready to take that first step toward healing, growth, and more fulfilling relationships, I invite you to reach out. Let’s work together to help you move forward with clarity and confidence in a supportive, judgment-free space.
You don’t have to do this alone. Support is here when you’re ready.
